EEH Properties Ltd received planning permission and listed building consent from the London Borough of Brent in June 2022 to restore and extend the former Mecca Bingo Hall building at 1 Burnt Oak Broadway in order to deliver co-working space, a café and purpose built shared living units.

Following a review of the viability of the consented planning approval, they have now consulted on revised proposals for the site. 

Prior to the submission of a new planning application, we shared our proposals in order to receive comments on them from local residents and businesses.
